Job Description
The Houston Marriott Westchase is the largest full-service Marriott hotel in Houston. We offer over 600 renovated guest rooms and more than 40,000 square feet of event space, including the 10,000-square foot Grand Ballroom, two boardrooms and 18 additional meeting rooms. We have an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant - Sales Department/Executive Offices.
This full-time hourly position will provide clerical/administrative support to Executive Offices and Sales Department in coordinating and disbursing information relating to sales and service.
Job Requirements
A minimum of three years administrative experience is required. Must be able to handle confidential/sensitive information professionally. Experience working within a sales department a strong plus. Must be able to handle multiple duties at one time, well organized, a fast learner, attention to detail is a must and accuracy is vital.
