Assistant Restaurant Manager - Middle East Countries

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Managers with excellent customer service experience and who are willing to develop their careers in the Middle East.

The successful candidate will be:

• Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure all restaurant operations are in line with company procedure.
• Assisting in daily operational responsibility for the restaurant
• Working closely with the Operations Team and Business Management to maximize profits and minimize wastage and shrinkage.
• supervising a large team of staff, crew members...etc
• ensuring high Quality and hygiene procedures.
• generating weekly/monthly reports for stores sales.

• You will ideally have at least 3 years plus experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant.
• You will certainly have experience in managing a high number of hungry and energetic individuals
• Excellent communications skills
• Computer knowledge
• Experience in Casual Dining or Fine Dining is highly desirable.
• Willing to relocate to any of the following countries [ Kuwait, UAE, Qatar,Lebanon, Egypt]
• Ability to manage a large team.
• Basic understanding of P&L and budgeting
