Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is a full service, upscale hotel located in the heart of historic Gaslamp Quarter. The Front Desk Supervisor oversees the friendly, professional and efficient registration and account settlement of hotel guests that match the demands of our "Be Hospitable" service. He or she assists in satisfying guest requests and resolving guest issues and concerns. In addition, the position assist in supervising the front desk, PBX, night audit and bell staff operations. This includes overseeing and performing check in and check out functions for hotel guests, providing training for front office staff, handling pre-shift meetings and activities, scheduling, reviewing all reports necessary for the day to day operation including out of order reports, end of shift reports, rooming lists, occupancy, arrival/departure and back up reports, coordinates amenity delivery with room service, completes daily financial deposits and steps in to assist the night audit function when necessary.Position is also apart of the MOD Program.
