Executive Chef Opportunity

Private country club has an exciting opportunity of EXECUTIVE CHEF.

The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable in a private club setting and will play a critical role in providing culinary oversight that would bring service to a level beyond the ultimate expectation, maximizing the member’s food and beverage experience.

Critical components of this position include but are not limited to oversight and management of the culinary team, managing menu/costs and driving member/guest satisfaction through creative and new menu items.

The most suitable individual for this position will have at least 5 years of culinary experience in a fast paced kitchen with a focus on upscale dining. More than 2 years’ culinary experience in a management/leadership role is required for this highly engaging position. A proven history of successful leadership including developing and retaining quality associates is required for this position.
