Sales Operations Manager
Location: US - AZ - Scottsdale
Ensure effective execution of operational procedures and provide operational support to the sales team for their enhanced effectiveness.
Accurately draft and administer sales contracts upon request, reviewing information provided in Salesforce, noting unusual items, obtaining confirmation as needed, following business processes and legal guidelines.
Ensure information reflected in SalesForce by Sales team is properly completed and aligned with Agreements.
Monitor reporting of contract status and related stages to identify process gaps, non-compliance or misunderstandings and help address.
Support VP of Sales Operations with administering new policies and procedures to support sales objectives.
Coordinate and centrally administer documentation needed for streamlined execution client sales related services

College Degree preferred.
General business administration, business processes, financial/analysis or related background and experience.
Travel Industry experience a plus
