Responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen and culinary team, including stewarding. Ensuring the quality of preparation of all menu items and proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with established standards. Facilitate the purchasing of all food products. Maintain and exceed all approved food costs, beverage costs, and labor costs. Develop and implement new menus. The ability to manage multiple outlets and a great attention to detail are a must!
Culinary degree and a minimum 2 years experience at the Sous Chef level in a luxury hotel or resort.
