Catering Sales Manager

LaCentre Conference and Banquet Center located in Westlake, OH is
looking for a dynamic Catering Sales Manager to aggressively sell the banquet
facilities.

• This position will have direct client contact to maximize
daily profits.
• Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
• Maintains ongoing relationship with guests.
• Advises management and negotiates contracts and agreements.
• Qualify all accounts, complete all contracts, event orders and up-sell to maximize
profit.
• Coordinate all marketing/shows/networking efforts (churches,
reception halls, ceremony sites, chambers, Convention and Visitors Bureau, vendors, etc).

Career motivated, mature, professional, stable, proactive,
compassionate, engaging, outgoing, team first decision maker. 

3+ years sales experience, Food and Beverage experience as well as coordination
experience.

Flexible schedule with no time/day restrictions.

Education / Experience: College degree, extensive work experience or
equivalent. A minimum of two years sales and marketing to include one
year of food and / or hospitality related work experience is preferred.
