TPG Hospitality seeks experienced hospitality professional as General Manager of the Holiday Inn Fort Smith - City Center.

Featuring 255 beautifully appointed guestrooms, the Holiday Inn Fort Smith - City Center is conveniently located near many well known sites and attractions.

Connected to the Fort Smith Convention Center, the hotel features over 15,000 square feet meeting space, accommodating functions up to 1200.

The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including improving financial performance, operational and financial controls, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction scores, and developing and retaining a strong management and hourly associate team.

Qualified candidates will have a least three years General Manager experience, in upscale hotels of similar size and caliber.

Must have proven ability to identify revenue enhancement opportunities and be skilled in sound fiscal management practices.

Must have excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate workforce at all levels.
