The Line Cook is responsible for helping out on all culinary operations under the direction of the Executive Sous Chef.
 

This is an ideal position for:

Ability to handle both hot and cold line with Minimal supervision.

Job Summary
-Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a high volume operation with both a la carte and banquet operations.
-Responsible for maintaining Hotel Standards of F&B quality, preparation and production.
-Position will be required to work a varied schedule that include evenings, holidays, and week-ends.
