Hotel General Manager
Location: US - IN - Columbus
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Minimum three years experience in the position of General Manager at a full service hotel
2. Consistent employment record, previous positions held for three years or longer
3. Banquet, Food & Beverage experience preferred
4. Must provide positive references from previous employers
5. Position is considered “on call” candidate must reside or be willing to relocate to market Hotel is located area
6. Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate team members
7. Demonstrate hands on management style, effectively delegate responsibilities and follow-up with team members and department heads to ensure standards are consistently met
8. Excellent customer service record (provide guest satisfaction metrics from previous position)
9. Sales and revenue management experience - must be able to coordinate with Director of Sales.
10. Operational knowledge of Property and Revenue management software
11. Experienced in labor standards and labor cost management
12. Must be experienced in preparing annual budgets, managing profit and loss, and meeting house profit goals
