Amerilodge is seeking a high-energy, result driven individual to to join our Opening Team as the GEC/Front Desk Supervisor of the Holiday Inn Express in Troy, Michigan. The Holiday Inn Express is scheduled to open in April of 2013 and will be located at 400 Stephenson Highway in Troy, Michigan.

About the Position:
The Guest Experience Champion plays a critical role in leading a consistent and memorable experience at the hotel by specifically focusing on providing guests with the best arrival and departure experience. They will collaborate with coworkers to ensure guest problems are resolved and their requests are honored.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works in partnership with the Front Desk Staff on work activities
- Partners with General Manager to keep hotel employees focused, motivated and engaged in guest service.
- Collaborates and follows-up to ensure there is accountability for keeping promises and resolving guest issues.
- Other duties include: Administrative, Sales & Marketing and Housekeeping
