Preeminent downtown hospitality group seeks a Human Resources manager to oversee the day-to-day employee management of an expanding chef-driven hospitality portfolio consisting of properties in New York and Miami Beach totaling 600 employees.
1. College degree.
2. At least 3 years experience as a Human Resources Manager, preferably at luxury hotel or Restaurant with over 200 employees.
3. Knowledge of government labor regulations.
4. Knowledge of employee benefits processing.
5. Computer literate.
6. Compute accurate mathematical calculations.
7. Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
8. Ability to:
· perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy under pressure of tense/confrontational situations..
· enforce company standards, policies and procedures with Restaurant staff.
· prioritize and organize.
· be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
· follow directions thoroughly.
· understand guest’s service needs.
· work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.

· maintain confidentiality of guest/employee information and pertinent company data.
