Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and talented Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to be based in Denver, Colorado. This key management position, which provides partnership, strategy and support to both our hotel owners and the Sales teams located at our properties in the Western Part of the Country. This position is required to travel 90% of the time and would also be very instrumental in New Hotel Openings and Acquisitions. The travel would include property visits to: CO, CA, NV, ND, AZ, and UT.
The position's overall responsibilities include:
Overseeing Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management for 10 hotels
Assist in development, implementation and execution of Sales & Marketing for New Build Hotels and Acquisitions
Managing the properties' development and implementation of Marketing Plans, Business Plans, and Owner Reporting
Partnering with Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, and Hyatt brands to promote and establish solid relationships with National Sales teams and customers
Partnering with Commonwealth's Operational Team to ensure company mission and vision are implemented at each property
Supporting the properties with hiring of Sales team members
Working with each of the hotels in Maximizing Market Analysis and Revenue Potential

Job Requirements:
We are looking for solid experience and competencies that consist of:
Minimum of 5 years DOS level hotel experience or 3 years Corporate Hotel Sales or a combination
Proficiency in developing, implementing, and executing strategic action plans for all sales market segments and marketing plan expenses
Ability to analyze data and drive quality revpar results
Adept at performing market analysis and implementing strategic steps to improve positioning
Excellent relationship building skills
Respected coach and mentor
Exceptional presentation skills
90% Travel Required
The position offers a very competitive salary and bonus potential, along with an outstanding benefit package. Relocation to the Denver, Colorado Area would be required. Relocation expenses would be discussed at the time of the job offer.
