Banquet Bartender

Trump Hotel Collection has recently added Miami's iconic Doral Golf Resort & Spa to its portfolio with plans for a spectacular multimillion-dollar renovation to restore Doral to its former grandeur and dramatically reposition all aspects of this sprawling 650 -acre resort.

Home to a PGA event every year since its opening, Doral boasts 693 guestrooms across 10 lodges; five world-renown golf courses; 90,000-sq.-ft. of meeting space including a 24,000-sq.-ft. ballroom; a sprawling 48,000 outlets; extensive retail options; and a private members' clubhouse.

We are currently seeking full-time Banquet Bartenders to work in banquet events to ensure a seamless experience, banquet set up and break down, handle guest requests and guest issues.

Prior experience in luxury hotel setting preferred

3+ years of banquet bartender experience required

Ability to read, write and speak the English language fluently

Ability to work well under pressure and manage last minute changes
