Works Closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Sales Team, evaluating group business, setting rates, and assisting with market strategies
Set and maintain availability, rates and restrictions for the transient and group markets. manages group room block cutoff, netrez and Delphi
Produces weekly pace, performance and forecasts reports which are used as a basis for weekly revenue and forecast meetings
Assists with annual revenue budget and day by day to include forecasting
Works closely with management to produce accurate property reports
Oversees the Reservations Department, providing the necessary support, leadership and counsel and guidance to develop and maintain a qualified staff to provide exceptional service in compliance with Hilton Brand Standard
Works closely with the Executive Committee on a daily basis to achieve the hotels service and financial goals
