Sodexo Leisure has a Catering Manager 3 position available! This Banquet/ Catering Manager oversees all the catering operations at the Pickwick Gardens Conference Center which generates $2 million annually. The ideal candidate will have experience:

  • managing staff- hiring, training & scheduling catering employees
  • ordering & inventory controls for catering supplies
  • planning & executing multiple events daily
  • working directly with the onsite sales dept on new booking details

If you have experience successfully managing a multi-million dollar banquets or catering dept, we want to hear from you!

The ability to speak Spanish may be helpful in managing this workforce.

Manages all catered events. Hires, schedules, and trains catering staff. Works with clients/customers to arrange and follow through on all catering details and to ensure all special requests are met. Directs setup for events. Responsible for pricing, billing and resolving customer complaints. Develops menu/costing.

Position requirements: 2 years management experience in banquets/ catering for conference center, hotel or resort.

 

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
