The Meritage Resort and Spa, an idyllic Napa Valley luxury hotel and resort, with 158 guestrooms is in its final stages of the expansion and it will become a 323 room resort with the most comprehensive event and meeting space in wine country. This 4-Diamond Tuscan inspired resort includes private hillside vineyards as well as our Estate Cave featuring Spa Terra, a beautiful underground luxury spa, Trinitas Cellars Tasting Room and a grand Entertainment Cave for private dinners for up to 180 guests.

The GSA will ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check in, check out and attentive coordination of hotel services for the guest. The GSA works to optimize the guest experience while at the hotel and in the Napa area.

 

Excellent customer service skills a must
Previous hotel/resort experience preferred, but not required
Nights, weekends, and day shifts - need to be flexible
