The Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Downtown is currently seeking a Director of Food & Beverage.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:
* Outstanding organization skills
* Effectively lead and develop kitchen staff
* Effectively lead and develop dining room/bar staff
* The ability plan and execute meetings and events
* Experience in managing food and liquor cost
* Knowledge of food safety procedures
* Create restaurant/banquet menu offerings that consistently exceed expectations
* Adhere to all Hilton Garden Inn Brand Standards
* Manage in-house marketing in order to increase top line revenues
The Director is held accountable each month for the performance on the Profit and Loss Statement and guest satisfaction measured through Hilton.
The ability to perform every position in the department with excellence is a requirement.
