Job Title: Corporate Concierge

Location: Mountain View, CA

Days/Shift: M- F, 9:00AM-6:00PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill complex personal requests for “Client”, including: domestic and international travel, event planning, restaurant and theater reservations, home improvement projects, and more
  • Provide a high standard of service for “Client”, including efficient response times, high-quality detailed research, and accurate price quotes
  • Research unusual and complex requests for “Client” while operating within program standards and established service levels
  • Proactively build & maintain vendor relationships to establish competitive pricing and enhanced services, both for Client and to support internal “Client” programs
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve Client customer service issues and general inquiries
  • Grow the base of data available on program performance, including analysis and reporting on utilization and vendor responsiveness & quality
  • Assist with on-site event planning, including logistics, communication with vendors, and scheduling internal “client” resources
  • Distribute, manage, track, and control various discount ticket programs according to existing guidelines and instructions
  • Contribute to a collaborative, friendly and fun work environment that allows Client to be more productive and innovative
  • Maintain high positive marks in customer satisfaction survey results and general customer feedback

Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service and anticipating employee needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and the ability to adapt communication and work style based on cultural differences and customer preferences
  • Extreme attention to detail and careful follow-through on projects and logistical plans
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to exhibit efficiency, initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Solid knowledge of local/national/international offerings in the following areas: events, hospitality, dining, travel, entertainment, and performing arts
  • Ability to plan, execute and deliver on varying simultaneous projects in a timely manner while working independently with little supervision
  • Ability to work well under pressure and stay immaculately organized in a fast-paced, diverse, high-tech environment Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and integrity; highly trustworthy and able to reliably handle confidential information
  • Strong computer and web skills (e.g. email, instant message, Google products including online collaboration tools like Docs and Spreadsheets, etc.) and the ability to quickly learn new tools
  • BS/BA in related discipline or exceptional relevant experience.
  • Valid driver's license and sound driving record
