The Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas is currently seeking a Villa Sales Manager to join our team.
 

The Villa sales manager will be responsible for selling the 1600-1800 square foot Villas, offering two-bedrooms. All Villas feature full kitchens, private patios, high-speed internet wireless service, granite countertops, washer and dryers, flat screens in all rooms with BOSE® sound systems and wood burning fireplaces.

Villa sales manager will be responsible for pro actively soliciting all potential revenue streams for the Villas. Market segments to include corporate transient, leisure transient, group market segmentation, as well as identifying long term stay opportunities. This individual will be dedicated solely to the Villas and will not have any responsibilities for the resort itself.

Responsibilities not limited to: outside sales calls with immediate focus on the challenging summer months, and other duties as required, key core markets identified to be targeted for the summer months include but are not limited to Fortune 500 companies, relocation companies, corporate housing, insurance agencies needing temporary housing for clients, corporate negotiated accounts that have long term projects, travel agencies who focus on all inclusive get away packaging, local state colleges needing housing for families during summer, and local high end golf courses for package opportunities.
