We are seeking a Corporate Reservations/Travel Coordinator for our Dallas location.

HOTEL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED FOR APPLICANTS INTERESTED IN THIS POSITION.

You will be responsible for all aspects of customer service working in conjunction with the Customer Service Supervisor, coordinating and confirming guest reservations for hotel accommodation and ground transportation for the Dallas/Grapevine/Irving area in and around DFW Airport.

Ability to work on a computer and interact with people via telephone and email in a corporate office setting is required. Verbal and written communications skills must be impeccable. You will have the opportunity to interact with clients on arrival at the facility, and business partners in the area.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a hotel background, is professional, well presented, confident, self-motivated, a strong organizer and able to priorities their workload effectively, and must be completely customer service oriented.

Applicants must be experienced with using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and a knowledge and experience in using a GDS (SABRE) an advantage, all necessary training provided.

Core hours - Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm with the opportunity for additional income and performance bonuses. Salary based on experience.
