The Front Desk Agents are the hosts that welcome our guests and assist them in making this their home away from home. They are the people that bid our guests a fond farewell and offer them a sincere invitation to return.
As a Front Desk Agent your duties will include, but not be limited to, responding to guest questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner. Ensure guest satisfaction 100% of the time, meet hotel and Ultimate Service standards, answer guest questions, offer information and assistance, registration and departure of guests, communicate with other departments to fulfill guest needs, follow through on all guests requests and take ownership of opportunities that may arise.
