The Director of Food and Beverage will be responsible for all aspects of the food & beverage service and culinary operations at the resort. The position is responsible for ensuring that all Resort guests have the highest quality food and beverage experience possible while maximizing operating income of each outlet. Responsibilities Include management of, Healing Hole, bar and grill, Aqua Grill - pool side dining, Sabor - upscale dining, Amicci’s - pizzeria , Sakara - beach club and the employee cafeteria, as well as all banquets and events throughout the operation. The position ensures compliance to all safety and quality standards for both culinary and dining facilities. Participate in total hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Committee.

·         Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.   

·         Minimum 5 years front-of-the house F&B experience.  Hotel/Resort exp. preferred.

·         Minimum 5 years management experience, preferably in a resort environment.

·         TIPS or equivalent alcohol service training.  ServSafe or equivalent.

·         MS Office, POS experience required.

·         Communicate professionally in English, both written and verbal.

·         Must be personable and comfortable speaking with guests and employees.

·         Ability to work with a diverse group of people, work effectively with different cultures.

·         Participation in community events.

·         Wine Sommelier level experience
