Holiday Inn Morgantown is a 188-room full service hotel, suburban property located off exit 298 of PA Turnpike in Morgantown, PA. Property is equidistant from downtown Harrisburg and Philadelphia and a 25 minute drive from Lancaster.
Provides direction and coordination for hotel personnel in the absence of the General Manager as required. Assist in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Leader of the Guest Experience as outlined in the Holiday Inn Service Culture
Directs and coordinates various services related to operations as required
Assumes responsibility for overall security of the hotel and guest satisfaction.
Be able to assist the GM in various reporting and forecasting
Min 2 years experience in management with strengths at the front desk
Excellent customer service skills
Must understand front office operations and will be working front desk most of the time
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multi task
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Must be able to fill in shifts as needed including but not limited to Front Desk/Night audit, room inspections, assist in dining room and banquets.
Must be able to work nights and weekends
