Job Description

Directs the strategic on-and-off line marketing initiatives driving top line revenue through all electronic distribution channels such as search engine optimization, search engine marketing, web conversions, brand positioning, content management, social media, and web design.

  1. Manage the content, appearance, and performance of our independent and branded web sites. Responsible for search and content audits and updates.
  2. Identify assess, and create new search engine optimized content for independent websites
  3. Provide support for current web marketing initiatives for properties and sales teams
  4. Responsible for managing web conversions and design.
  5. Supports marketing functions including email marketing, print collateral design and development, and brand positioning
  6. Provides training and support to the hotel management and sales personnel in developing web content and promotions
  7. Responsible for managing the social media strategy

Job Requirements

Prefer four year degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on E-Commerce, Marketing, or Hotel Administration. Prefer experience with sales and marketing in the hospitality industry, and prefer experience with hotel operations.

Must have the ability to communicate in English. Must have strong administrative and time management skills. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Must have strong computer skills and ability to read and create spread sheet. Ability to prepare correspondence and meet deadlines. Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions. Frequent travel may be required.
