River Crest Country Club currently has an opening available within our Food and Beverage Department for a Banquet Captain. We are looking for an upbeat, reliable, and service-oriented individual to join its organization. The primary role of this position is to provide excellent Customer Service to the Club Members and their guests that will always exceed their expectations while overseeing and working functions throughout the Club. The Banquet Captains are responsible for overseeing functions/banquets within the Clubhouse including providing food and beverage service to Members and their guests, function/banquet setup, function/banquet service, and function/banquet closing. We are looking for an individual that is a great fit with our membership and is willing to go to that extra level of service to meet the needs of our Members with a combination of friendliness and warmth.
River Crest Country Club is the oldest Country Club in Fort Worth, TX. The Club was one of the first private clubs established in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and has Golf, Tennis, a Fitness Center, an Olympic size pool and the Clubhouse. The Club facilities operate year-round, Tuesday through Sunday, with the exception of the pool, which is only open during the summer months.

Salary is commensurate with experience. All employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Candidates must have past experience in banquet, restaurant and/or wine service. Candidates must be outgoing, friendly, and articulate; and have a professional appearance. Have strong customer service skills, strong communication skills, the ability to work well with others, be self-motivated, self-disciplined, possess a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism, and be able to lift a minimum 25 lbs.
