Regional Director of Sales

We are seeking a Regional Director of Sales to oversee the sales efforts of 10-12 select service hotels. The position requires about 60% travel and will be based in Dallas, TX.
This individual will be responsible for analyzing properties and determine where opportunities are, then implement strategies to maximize revenues. They will conduct performance evaluations and training to ensure productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. The Regional Director of Sales will work with properties and revenue managers to analyze and implement pricing strategies to produce the highest possible long-term market share. In addition, they will work with properties to ensure maximum online presence for all market segments.

- 5+ years of successful experience in a Multi-Property/Regional Sales Management Capacity with either Hilton or Marriott Select Service Brands
- Motivating, engaging, hardworking, reliable individual with effective communication skills
- Organized and self-directed
- Practical able to maximize strengths and minimize weaknesses in subordinates
- Technologically savvy - embraces and efficient with new technology
- Loyal and Ethical!
