TPG Hospitality, an affiliated company of The Procaccianti Group, seeks experienced human resources professional as Director of Human Resources for the Holiday Inn Cheyenne.

Cheyenne is known for its rustic, natural beauty and rich history. With the Cheyenne Depot Museum, Wyoming State Museum and State Legislature tours nearby, history is only moments away. For lovers of the outdoors, there are ample opportunities to enjoy fishing at Curt Gowdy State Park or trail rides at Terry Bison Ranch, all within minutes of the hotel's address in Cheyenne, WY.

Reporting to the General Manager, this director position is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employment, training, associate relations, legal compliance and recordkeeping, benefits administration, payroll, wage & salary administration, etc.

Minimum 5 years human resources management experience, preferably in hotel or related industry. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coach, counsel, advise, mentor and motivate associates/managers at all levels within the organization.

Must have strong desire and ability to integrate HR within the total hotel operation, functioning as a resource for associates and managers.

Attention to detail is critical, as well as working knowledge of state and federal employment regulations.
