The Crowne Plaza Downtown is seeking and Experienced Shift Engineer who will hold the following characteristics and work ethic.

#1- Must have Previous Shift Engineer Experience - preferrably in the Hotel Industry

#2- Candidate must be a self starter with a "Can Do" Team attitude

#3- Candidate must be able to follow instruction but also have the knowledge of handling Pop-Up situations
with sense of urgency and guest satisfaction.

#4 - Candidate must own personal hand tools.


Refurbishes furniture and fixtures within the hotel such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows and counters. Paints and finishes furniture and fixtures, if needed.

Performs general minor repairs to in-house plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC systems.

Reports work completed daily to supervisor.

May perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs in accordance to standards.

May perform general maintenance on property grounds.

Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.

Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.

Follows company policies and procedures.

Completes minor hotel repairs and performs preventative maintenance work to ensure hotel quality maintenance standards are achieved and maintained
