We are looking for Applicants who have:

Minimum of 2 years salaried Restaurant Management Experience, preferably in full service or quick-casual dining
Good Employment Tenure-No more than 2 jobs in 5 years
Guest Focused
Strong Leadership Skills
Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth while continuously improving customer satisfaction
Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls, and quality standards
Prior knowledge with Performance Management
Prior knowledge with Coaching & Corrective Action
