Support for the hotel cluster revenue effort in data administration and daily revenue tactics for the area, region, and/or corporate cluster.
Primary Responsibilities
- Rate loading in PMS, CRS, and Channel Manager
- Daily BAR maintenance in all systems
- Billing of arriving OTA and FIT reservations as needed
- Preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports
- Monitoring/managing the Revenue Management System.
- Act as liaison between Accounting, Front Desk, Reservations, and operations team and Revenue division.
- Performing the duties of the Area Director of Revenue during his or her absence.
Primary Goals
Meeting and exceeding budgeted revenues, ensuring that the Hotels' RevPAR indexes are maintained or enhanced.
Serving the divisions' stakeholders and internal customers in regards to accurate and timely reporting and communication.
Must possess superior analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand financial statements, particularly hotel and departmental income statements a plus. Must be well accustomed to working in an interdisciplinary team environment.
Minimum three years experience in hotel operations, reservations, and/or revenue.
B.S./B.A. Business, Hotel Management, Finance, Economics, Math or Statistics preferred
