Restaurant Manager

TPC Deere Run, home of the John Deere Classic, located in Silvis, IL, is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the operational oversight of the Food & Beverage department. Our restaurant operation includes a sixty seat dining room, banquets, and on-course food and beverage operation.

• Management of the Food & Beverage Department of the Club (Front of House and Back of House)
• Ensuring high quality food and beverage standards as well as five-star service in all aspects of the dining experience
• Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling and developing a service team that is passionate and committed to impeccable service
• Developing and adhering to the annual Food & Beverage budgets and financial forecasts
• Maintaining accountability for costs including Labor Management and COGS
• Manage food and beverage marketing programs and promotions
