Providing restaurant guests excellent food quality, consistency, reasonable prices, in an attractive environment, and with professional service.
Must be energetic - passionate about cooking and a self-leader.
We have available shifts in the AM and PM
Manage all aspects of the food production for a la carte dinners.
Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service for restaurant service.
Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction

LANGUAGE
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to physically self-demonstrate culinary techniques, i.e., cutting, cooking principles, plate presentation, safety and sanitation practices.
EXPERIENCE
High school or equivalent education required. At least 2 years prior culinary experience. Professional Culinary Education preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS
Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat from the stoves and burners. Daily activities involve the use of knives, slicers, mixers, etc. The kitchen floor may be slippery and wet. Hot liquids in large containers are moved and must be carefully transported.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
