The ideal candidate for the position of Revenue Manager will have the following attributes:

*Basic revenue management skills

*Execution of transient, corporate and group revenue strategies

*Analyze market and conduct competitive analysis to maximize revenue

*Participate in sales and revenue meetings to ensure revenue maximization

*Perform weekly audits to establish all price points are loaded accurately

*Prepare monthly forecast and assist in preparing budgets

*Review data and trends from STAR and other reporting strategies to understand upcoming booking cycles

*Responsible for loading and for the accuracy of all rates in the system

*Works closely with the corporate office in Hong Kong to ensure revenue, package and rates are in line with corporate standards

*Yield management and forecasting performed
