Director of Catering

Director of Catering for a large hotel in San Francisco.

My client seeks a local to Northern CA candidate who is at the forefront of catering for this new position.  The successful candidate will be proficient in budget, forecast, P&L and be detail oriented and a strong team player who works well with staff and colleagues, including the exemplary culinary staff.  Although the position does manage two catering staff members, it is also for a working sales DOC who is not afraid of prospecting and can sell and negotiate contracts.  Must have prior DOC or strong Senior Catering background in a large hotel environment.  Salary is $80-$90K plus up to 25% bonus.
