Hospital Parking Management is a dynamic fast paced company is searching for an Operations Manager for a new account in Jacksonville. We are a successful growing company that promotes from within. Our company is a Tampa based company with accounts nationwide. We thrive on customer service and looks for managers that are hands on, and understand they will train and work with employees out in the field and not sitting in an office behind a desk! YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A NATIONWIDE CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK!!
RESPONSIBILITIES - to include but not limited to:
· Recruit, hire, train, and schedule employees and managers
· Cash and Payroll auditing, and budget responsibilities
· Develop and maintain client relationships
· Complete and submit accurate and timely weekly report as required
· Develop new procedures to enhance daily operations
· Track inventory supplies
· Set and achieve quarterly goals based on upper management expectations
· Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments
· Coordinate with all relevant departments for daily and weekly meetings
· Continuously focused on revenue improvement
· Make recommendations to senior management for revenue improvements
· Meet with clients to adjust staffing needs and gage service levels
· Complete and submit accurate and timely weekly reports as required
· Develop and suggest ideas for new procedures to enhance daily operations
· Order and track inventory supplies and equipment
· Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to maximize event revenue
· Prepare and adhere to budget guidelines for each department manager to control cost and
minimize issues
· Set and achieve quarterly goals based on upper management expectations
· Continuously focused on revenue improvement
3-5 years of management experience - preferable in a hospitality or a service related industry. All positions will require you to work hand in hand with the employees and lead by example!
· Experience managing other managers and supervisors
· Experience supervising 20 or more employees
· Experience in developing and managing budgets
· Experience with HR, recruitment, training and planning
· Strong leadership skills
· Good communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to multi task
· Must be pro-active , self starter who is able to work independently
· Exceptionally focused, organized, flexible
· Strong out going, Type A personality, with the ability to motivate others
· Must have EXCELLENT knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
· Availability to work when needed based on the demands of the facility
· Position requires standing and walking for long periods of time.
