Our newly renovated hotel and restaurant in the Marina del Rey area will be opening its doors this Spring. We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Manager, responsible for the opening and operating of the Front of House F&B operation.

This is a wonderful opportunity for the right person to take the next step in their career by contributing to the successful opening of a new hotel. You will be responsible for the set up and structure of the Food & Beverage Department, ordering of supplies and equipment, training and developing the staff, administrative and budget responsibilities, ensuring a high quality product, successful inspections and audits, coaching & counseling, scheduling, safety and fostering a team environment. The right candidate has the opportunity to grow in the company if successful in this role.

The right fit will have at least 3 years Food & Beverage experience, and be a team player, as well as an outstanding team leader.

Hilton and general banquet experience preferred.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
