Our newly renovated hotel and restaurant in the Marina del Rey area will be opening its doors this Spring. We are currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine, responsible for establishing and maintaining the Culinary Department. 

This is a wonderful opportunity for the right person ready to take the next step in their culinary career.  As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for: set up and structure of the Culinary Department, including enhancing our concept and menus, training and developing the staff, administrative and budget responsibilities, ensuring a high quality product, successful inspections and audits, coaching & counseling, scheduling, safety and fostering a team environment. The right candidate has the opportunity to grow in the company if successful in this role.

The right fit will have at least 3 years culinary experience, and be a team player, as well as an outstanding team leader.

Hilton and general banquet experience preferred.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
