Executive Housekeeper

The Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando-Altamonte Springs/Maitland is an upscale 128-suite extended stay hotel located near Maitand in the north Orlando area about ten miles from downtown Orlando and 22 from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). This hotel is a beautiful property located in a very strong market.

We are currently searching for an EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER with previous supervisory experience, preferably with limited service or extended stay hotels to help lead our team.

Responsibilities to include:
* Ensuring exceptional Guest service.
* Motivating the Housekeeping staff.
* Establishing and implementing operational procedures for the Housekeeping department.
* Training of staff on Marriott Quality Service Standards.
* Planning and coordinating the activities of the Housekeeping staff including scheduling.
* Coordinating the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that health regulations, safety standards and departmental policies are consistently being met.

* Prior Housekeeping and supervisory experience required.
* Hotel industry experience a plus.
* Must be a hands-on manager.
* Must be organized and detail oriented.
* Individual must have a great deal of flexibility in schedule do to business needs.
