The responsibility of the Group Sales Manager is to identify and solicit target group and corporate customers. The Group Sales Manager will field incoming group inquiries from potential customers as well as through Marriott's One Source lead management program.

  • Proactive hotel sales experience preferred
  • Passion for business development through direct sales
  • Strong understanding and ability to execute the sales call process
  • Confidently represent the hotel on the telephone and in various business settings
  • Ability to create loyal client relationships and ask for the business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
