GrandLife Hotels seeks experienced F&B Manager to manage the service of the bar, lounge, room service, front and back of house.

Responsibilities include:

  • Floor presence; ensuring service standards are consistent
  • Training and evaluating team members in their roles
  • Conducting effective and pre-shifts
  • Scheduling & payrolls
  • Inventory and purchasing
  • Building strong rapport with guests

 

  • The ideal candidate must be energetic and detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Applicants should be computer savvy. Familiarity of OpenTable and Micros is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with knowledge of Excel and Word are required
  • Must be able to work effectively with all department managers
  • Must be style savvy and have an interest in Music, Fashion, Art, Dining & Nightlife (pertaining to NYC)
  • Creative problem solver
