Job Details
GrandLife Hotels seeks experienced F&B Manager to manage the service of the bar, lounge, room service, front and back of house.
Responsibilities include:
- Floor presence; ensuring service standards are consistent
- Training and evaluating team members in their roles
- Conducting effective and pre-shifts
- Scheduling & payrolls
- Inventory and purchasing
- Building strong rapport with guests
- The ideal candidate must be energetic and detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Applicants should be computer savvy. Familiarity of OpenTable and Micros is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with knowledge of Excel and Word are required
- Must be able to work effectively with all department managers
- Must be style savvy and have an interest in Music, Fashion, Art, Dining & Nightlife (pertaining to NYC)
- Creative problem solver
