As our Sales Manager, you are responsible for the solicitation, booking and management of local, national and international accounts in the assigned market segments for group guestrooms, meeting, event and dining needs to ensure all financial and sales goals are achieved or exceeded.

Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a willingness to be a team player, and exceptional guest service skills. As a part of our hiring process, we require at least two positive verifiable references, a negative result on a pre-employment substance abuse test, and a stable work history verified by a background check.

Four-year college degree preferred, however, any combination of education and training within hotel sales may also be considered.
Flexibility to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
Up-to-date accurate knowledge of competition and designated market(s).
Ability to maintain accurate files in Delphi and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Good customer service and communication skills are required.
Previous Hilton experience is preferred.
