Inside Sales

Job Summary

Partnering with our outside sales team, the inside sales representative plays a key role in the expansion of untouched and lightly penetrated markets selling the TravelClick product suite.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver monthly lead volume for a major metro market to meet or exceed revenue plan focusing on a territory of Hoteliers
• Partner  with local market team members including Outside Sales, Customer Care, and Account Management to drive service and support levels representative of TravelClick Values
• Accountable for clearly articulating TravelClick’s business value to clients and prospects
• Manage sales activities using Salesforce.com
• Drive subscription renewal rates and iHotellier customer product penetration rates through solution based inside sales tactics

Experience and Qualifications

• Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results oriented business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proven track record in solution selling to small –medium sized businesses over the phone.
• Literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of using databases for managing contacts and overall CRM activities and assessing performance of the business.

Education:

• Four year college degree in related fields a plus
• Must have at least one year of inside sales/ telemarketing experience, or 1 year of hospitality experience in a customer facing role
