We are currently searching for a full time Guest Service Agent . This person will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services that include:
Registration and check-out, handling customer questions, PBX, contacting appropriate departments for assistance, initial welcome and first impression of the resort, and creating moments for guests
The Guest service agent must be accurate with daily accounting and cash handling procedures. The essential hospitality standards must be used at all times: eye contact, smile, speak first, engage in polite conversation, and use the guest surname.
