Job Description

The Omni Bedford Springs Resort is currently seeking
Guest Services Agents. The Guest Service Agent is
responsible for providing friendly and efficient service
during the arrival and departure process for guests,
including greetings, parking and retrieval of vehicles,
delivery and storage of luggage and complete attention
and assistance to all guest needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Warmly greet all guests.

* Assist guests with luggage removal from car and
transport to guest's room.

* Ensure the security of guests' car keys at all
times.

* Complete all required valet parking forms, including
a physical inspection of each vehicle.

* Park guest's vehicles according to Omni standard,
ensuring that each vehicle is safe and secure.

* Assist in in-room deliveries of guest amenities.

HOTEL SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:

* Delivery of newspapers and express check-out folios
to guestroom.

* Staging guest vehicles for departure.

* Maintain a working knowledge of the property,
including layout, activities, outlets, and hours of
operation.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

* Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by
supervisor or manager.

* Assist in other departments as needed.

* Attend monthly departmental meetings.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Graduate or equivalent (at least two
years of college education preferred)

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record

* Ability to drive both automatic and manual and
Hybrid transmissions

* Prior experience in the hospitality industry
preferred

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Ability to work a flexible schedule including
mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends

* Comfortable standing for long periods of time

* Ability to work in varying weather conditions,
including heat, humidity, rain and snow
