Ideal candidate will be responsible but not limited to; assisting in service to restaurant guests by bussing tables, stocking needed supplies, maintaining a high degree of cleanliness in the restaurant. Pick up food from kitchen as requested; expedite delivering food to dining room.  Set-up, stocks, and maintains restaurant buffets according to hotel standards. Breakdown restaurant buffets, including removal of ice and water bins. Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.
