Job Summary:
 

Optimize revenue on rooms allocated for online sales and any other space identified as distressed. Meet and exceed budgeted projections on revenue by maintaining existing channels of room revenue and acquiring and developing new channels and relationships.

Essential Functions:
 

Meet or exceed the revenue budgets and goals set for any given period, as outlined.
Maintain and grow existing pipelines of rental revenue by region.
Improve market segmentation (higher ADR, longer LOS).
Develop new channels and relationships for additional revenue opportunities.
Proactively review occupancy and take action to maximize occupancy during peak and distressed periods.
Track and report market trends by region & by source of business.
Propose and implement new revenue strategies approved by management.
Work with internal Inventory Department.
Maintain a flexible schedule.
Must have general knowledge of the properties and related amenities to determine best value.
Have knowledge of company policy/ procedures.
Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.
 

Job Specifications:
 

Minimum 2 Years Revenue/Room management
Experience in online travel agencies, such as Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, etc.
Applicable college degree preferred
Excellent oral/people skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access)
