We are currently looking for a professional BANQUET SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in our busy SALES Department. This is a dynamic position that will allow you to get hands-on experience in every aspect of SALES.

NO CALLS AND NO WALK IN.

* Fast and accurate data entry a must 
* Must be proficient in Microsoft office 
* Daylight or Delphi a plus 
* Attention to detail a must 
* Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment 
* Pleasant and professional phone manner 
* Assisting Sales managers with entering bookings, creating contracts and proposals 
* This is not a sales position
