- Position requirements:
Maintain work areas, keeping them organized
Monitor the presentation and portioning of food to ensure all standards are met
Ensure quality and consistency of all food from the line
Set-up, maintain, re-stock, and clean food preparation areas
Demonstrate knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling
Prepare food in accordance with menus, recipes, and photos
Attend all required meetings & trainings
Qualified candidates should possess the following skills:
read and understand English
some Food Preparation courses preferred
Minimum two (2) years high volume cooking experience
Ability to communicate effectively with public and fellow associates
