We currently searching for a seasoned Director of Sales and Marketing for our beautiful Boston Marriott Burlington which boasts 418 guest rooms and over 17,000 square feet of meeting space located just north of Boston in Burlington, MA.
The ideal candidate will lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team ensuring a high level of professionalism, guest service and profitability. Develop business leads, solicit potential clients, service existing accounts, sell all hotel facilities, target business in assigned market segment and meet and exceed sales goals for rate, occupancy and revenue. Our Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for attaining budgeted revenues for the Hotel; responsible for all marketing related activity, including internet marketing, advertising and public relations. He/She will work with the Regional Vice President of Sales and marketing and the Sales and Catering Team to ensure revenue goals are met. The Director of Sales and Marketing will consistently perform our standards of service, interact with guests, clients and all hotel team members in a professional manner and have a "Yes I Can" attitude.
Job Requirements
A minimum of 5 years hotel Sales and Marketing experience required. Delphi and Excel experience preferred.
4 year college degree required preferably in Hospitality/Tourism.
Brand experience highly desired.
